My grandpa’s cure-all fix-all soup. Stewed tomatoes, ground beef, cilantro, and green chilies. A latin dish with a soul food twist.
Alaskan salmon, breadcrumbs, cheese and spices. Topped with homemade garlic mayo.
Wedge of iceberg lettuce, topped with homemade blue cheese dressing, garnished with fried sweet onions.
Spring mix with red onions, pears, candied walnuts, and goat cheese lightly drizzled with pomegranate vinaigrette.
Okra seasoned, battered, and fried tossed with fresh heirloom tomatoes and topped with a balsamic and oil dressing.
(Every meal comes with mini cornbread muffins)
Corn battered & fried, served with spicy sautéed collard greens. Not your daddy’s greens!
Tiger shrimp soaked in a homemade seafood BB-Q sauce. Served with Carolyn’s Potato salad.
Breaded and seasoned chicken, cast iron fried with baby red garlic mashed potatoes topped with Larkin’s special gravy.
Mix of rice, sausage, chicken, and shrimp simmered in a spicy broth.
Farm raised Pork chops seasoned and seared then smothered in gravy. Served with red beans and rice.

Baby red potatoes mashed with garlic, butter, and cream, topped with Larkin’s gravy.
Inspired by my sweet Aunt Carolyn’s version. Sweet and spicy will make you slap yo’ momma!
Collard greens sautéed in a skillet with tomatoes, peppers, and Garlic.
Three cheeses twice baked and damn good.
Corn on the cob, roasted with garlic & butter in its own husk.
Spicy favorite, speaks for itself.
Sweets
Red velvet short bread topped with fresh strawberries, strawberry couli, and sweet vanilla cream.
Old fashioned sweet potato pie, topped with Vanilla bean whipped cream.
Delicious ripe bananas and buttery vanilla wafers in homemade vanilla custard... chilled to perfection.
Blueberries and blackberries simmered with cinnamon and brown sugar, then baked in a heavy on the butter flakey crust.
Drinks
Root Beer, Ginger Beer, and Mint Julip bottled sodas.
Regular or decaf coffee and assorted organic teas.
Fresh squeezed lemons made the ole’ fashioned way.
Spiced up favorite with seasonal fruit and a few special spices.
